When I will recieve my order?
Due to the Print on Demand nature of our business, each item is produced specifically for you at the time of order.
Standard fulfilment time is usually 5-7 working days. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive shipping information via email. Please allow up to 21 days from the point of fulfilment for international orders.
Where will my order be fulfilled?
All orders will be produced at your nearest Print on Demand production facility.
European orders are typically produced in Latvia & US orders in the USA.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order if it has not yet gone through production.
Once the item has been manufactured or despatched we are unable to cancel or make amendments.
Once an item is processed the materials, labour & handling have already been paid for and this is a cost we cannot cover as a brand new small business.
My address needs updating or has been entered incorrectly, how can I change it?
Please double check your address is correct before ordering!
If you have already ordered & your address needs to be updated, please get in touch as soon as possible & we will amend it for you.
We are unable to cover shipping costs for items 'returned to sender' due to incorrect information, if this happens you will need to pay a second fee to have your items sent back out.
We cannot amend an address once the order has been shipped.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes!
Please note, it is your responsibility to make yourself aware of import charges for your countryI.
Items are shipped from USA & Latvia. If you are based in the UK you will be subject to customs fees from Europe, this is due to Brexit and unfortunately outside of my control. Customs fees are subject to customs laws within your country, this money does not go to our business & is not something we can change.
Which size should I order?
Please double check the size chart on each individual product page before ordering!

RETURNS POLICY (please read before ordering):
Due to the small nature of our business & as our items are printed on demand, we are unable to offer monetary refunds for general issues at this time.
Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to exchange for another size or return for store credit.
We cannot cover the cost of return postage so please make sure you order according to our size chart!
Returned items will be checked for their condition prior to processing store credit.
If the item is faulty or there has been an error in production we are happy to help! Simply email us some photos of the faulty item and a replacement will be sent out ASAP.
